Training

As part of Minka´s long-term commitment to rural producers, training is provided as one of MINKA’s central activities and presents one of the key components to achieve the general objectives .

MINKA supports the active participation of producer organizations in the process of change required in the fight against poverty. Therefore the aim of training is to make room for the achievement of skills and abilities through learning by doing. Secondly it is to promote the invention of one´s own solutions and the discovery of one’s ability to do so .
